Grants for students
Students enrolled in Swiss institutions can apply directly to the SVT for grants to participate in our event (Schweizerische Vereinigung für Tierwissenschaften – SAAS).
For students from foreign institutions, a limited number of grants may also be available. If you have questions or wish to apply, please send your abstract ID, your CV and a cover letter to contact@modnut2025.com.
Registration and Payment
You can pay for your tickets in two ways:
Online registration
Workshop and Satellite
A payment by credit card will be offered and you will immediately receive your invoice and confirmation of participation by email.
Reservation request for a room at the Bellevue-Terminus Hotel
To access the special rates for attendee, please use the online registration platform. The hotel will reach out to bookers in July to arrange payment details. The special rates are:
- CHF 190 per night for one person
- CHF 240 per night for two persons
Offline registration to Workshop and Satellite
To pay via Bank Transfer, please send an email to contact@modnut2025.com with your order details and billing information. We will then send you an invoice with our bank details. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive the corresponding tickets.
Cancellation policy
To cancel your registration, please submit a written request to contact@modnut2025.com.
Refund Eligibility:
- Up to and including 30th June: You will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee.
- After 30th June: No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
If for force majeure reasons the symposium is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the symposium.
